Job Purpose: Develop, deliver and manage the training process in the respective regions for all internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees and their staff. The role covers Training Needs Identification (TNI), Training Needs Assessment (TNA), programme and content development, delivery through testing, piloting and execution, assessments, and feedback.

Responsibilities
1. Process, Functional and Developmental Training
- Deliver training programmes for employees, channel partners and their staff.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer programmes as and when required.

2. Training Needs Assessment
- Conduct periodic functional and process training needs assessments in consultation with functional managers.

3. Content Development
- Develop and periodically update functional training content in consultation with functional managers and s
