Role: PMO / MIS Analyst

Fulltime

Location :Mumbai

Job Description
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer/internal issues related to MIS
- Manage weekly client calls in relation to Staffing Requirements in various workstreams
- Experience
- Minimum experience: 24 – 48 months in BPO/ BFSI domain with 6-12 months experience

Qualification:

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree from any stream

Desirable: Specialization/Master's Degree in IT/Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Skills:
- Knowledge Advanced MS Excel
- Organized with attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
- Sound business decision-making ability




- Good Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of excel macros, VB, SQL Database will be added advantage
- Positive communication: Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds
- Advance knowledge of computers- MS Office
- Commitment to achieve deadlines

- Willingness to work in rotational Shift
