We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and be willing to travel based on project requirements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Participate in and lead SAP PP/QM activities across the complete implementation lifecycle.
n
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
n
- Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules based on business processes.
n
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process mapping.
n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
n
- Configure and support key PP processes including:
n
- Master Data
n
- BOM, Work Centers and Routings
n
- Production Planning
n
- MRP
n
- Production Orders
n
- Capacity Planning
n
- Demand Management
n
- Configure and support key QM processes including:
n
- Quality Planning
n
- Inspection Types
n
- Inspection Plans
n
- Quality Notifications
n
- Results Recording
n
- Usage Decision
n
- Quality Certificates
n
- Work on integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.
n
- Participate in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
n
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials,



and user manuals.
n
- Conduct workshops and provide training/support to business users.
n
- Analyze and resolve production issues and provide timely functional solutions.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Travel to client locations as required.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 4+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience.
n
- Must have successfully participated in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.
n
- Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes.
n
- Strong knowledge of integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules.
n
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
n
- Flexible and willing to travel to client locations based on project requirements.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/Public Cloud is an advantage.
n
- SAP Activate methodology experience preferred.
n
- Relevant SAP certification is an added advantage.
