We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling . The candidate should have successfully participated in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and must be adaptable to travel to client locations based on project requirements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage SAP CO activities across the complete S/4HANA implementation lifecycle .
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.
n
- Conduct requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
n
- Configure and support key SAP CO processes, including:
n
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
n
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
n
- Internal Orders
n
- Product Costing
n
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
n
- Cost Object Controlling
n
- Planning and Budgeting
n
- Actual and Plan Costing
n
- Work on integration between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
n
- Configure and support S/4HANA Controlling and Universal Journal processes.
n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for required developments and enhancements.
n
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and regression testing.
n
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and master-data-related activities.
n
- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
n
- Conduct workshops and provide training/knowledge transfer to business users.
n
- Support cutover, go-live,



and post-go-live stabilization activities.
n
- Analyze and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.
n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project management.
n
- Travel to client locations as required.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 4+ years of relevant SAP CO experience .
n
- Must have completed or significantly contributed to at least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation .
n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration.
n
- Good understanding of end-to-end Controlling and Management Accounting processes.
n
- Strong knowledge of FI-CO integration and integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
n
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
n
- Good understanding of S/4HANA Finance and Controlling functionalities.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
n
- Flexible and willing to travel to client locations based on business/project requirements.
n

nPreferred Qualifications

n

- SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling certification is an advantage.
n
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology preferred.
n
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and S/4HANA reporting/analytics is an advantage.
n
- Experience in domestic or international SAP implementation projects is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline .
n
- MBA Finance, CMA, CA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
