nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager/Manager - Sales with a proven track record in driving sales for Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (MV VFD) and Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (LV VFD). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of power electronics fundamentals, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Sales growth for MV VFD and LV VFD product lines.n
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.n
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.n
- Pursue new business opportunities including channel business development, new markets and customer segments.n
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met and products are aligned with market demands.n
- Technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand the advantages and applications of MV VFD and LV VFD products.n
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.n
- contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with INCOTERMS.n
- market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.n
