About the Role

Digitactix is looking for an Account Lead – Digital & Social Strategy to lead client relationships, drive digital and social strategy, and deliver impactful campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of client leadership, strategic thinking, content expertise, social media, creative development, and digital campaign execution.

? Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships across digital and social mandates.
- Develop brand and communication strategies based on client objectives and audience insights.
- Lead campaign ideation, social-first narratives, influencer initiatives and content IPs.
- Oversee brand tone, storytelling and platform consistency.
- Plan content calendars and performance-driven campaigns.
- Lead creative development and video/film production.




- Coordinate with design, copy, media, SEO and web development teams.
- Monitor ORM and social engagement in real time.
- Track campaign performance across engagement, reach, CTR, conversion and retention.
- Analyze performance using Meta, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
- Present performance reports and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Identify upselling, cross-functional collaboration and new business opportunities.

? What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, account management or digital strategy.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand digital portfolios and campaigns.
- Robust understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, analytics and CMS/WordPress workflows.
- Hands-on creative development and film/video production experience.
