Job Description
Required Qualifications & Experience
n● Experience: 6–8 years of direct, hands-on experience building, maintaining, and
ntroubleshooting complex reports using Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) SCI / Cognos.
n● WMS Domain Expertise: Functional and technical knowledge across Manhattan WMS /
nMAWM core modules (Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Waving, Tasking,
nOutbound).
n

nReport & Dashboard Development
n● Design, build, and deploy complex SCI Cognos reports and executive dashboards from
nscratch within the Manhattan Active WMS setting.
n● Implement advanced reporting capabilities, including drill-through functionality, report
nbursting, automated scheduling, and custom data visualizations (charts, graphs,
nand KPI frameworks).
n● Configure operational reports across core WMS functional areas such as Receiving,
nPutaway, Tasking, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, and Outbound/Waving.
nMaintenance, Support & Troubleshooting
n● Provide continuous maintenance, tuning, and L1/L2/L3 production support for all SCI




nreporting assets.
n● Troubleshoot complex report performance issues, data model anomalies, and delivery
nfailures.
n● Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and performance optimization to ensure
nreporting accuracy during platform upgrades and cutovers.
n

n● Technical Skills:
n○ Advanced proficiency in Cognos Report Studio/SCI Report & Dashboard
nDevelopment.
n○ Hands-on experience with data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Jaspersoft
nStudio, Boomi, Jitterbit, EDI interfaces is a plus).
n○ Solid understanding of database structures, data models, and SQL querying
nrelated to supply chain metrics.
n● Testing & Support: Strong background in executing unit/regression testing, cutover
nsupport, and managing L2/L3 tickets.
nPreferred Qualifications
n● Certifications: Manhattan WMoS/MAWM Functional Certification (L1/L2) or JDA/Blue
nYonder certification.
