We are looking for a Programme Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of online education programmes and ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage curriculum and end-to-end programme delivery
- Coordinate enrolments and admissions
- Manage and coordinate learning facilitators
- Oversee learner support, queries and ticket resolution
- Track learner performance and prepare reports
- Drive learner engagement and programme completion
- Work closely with faculty and internal stakeholders
- Handle cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in programme management, online education, EdTech or a related field




- Strong coordination, organisation and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with online learning platforms is preferred
- Data-driven approach with good reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience working with faculty, facilitators or SMEs will be an advantage Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes ownership, is comfortable managing both operations and people, and is passionate about improving learner outcomes and programme quality.
