About the Team: The CST Team comprises service associates who help customers get onboarded on Paytm and ensure they have a good experience with Paytm services.
About the Role: The candidate will handle concerns and complaints raised by customers/merchants on a day-to-day basis and ensure that daily tasks are completed within the defined TAT while providing a good customer experience.
Expectations/Requirements:
- Resolving day-to-day queries of customers/merchants via call/chat.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

- 1 years' experience in customer support.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
