Operations Executive – Kolkata Location: Kolkata, West Bengal | Company: Avataar Skincare Technologies As the Operations Executive for our Kolkata branch, you'll oversee end-to-end store operations — ensuring smooth service execution, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end store operations, including appointment scheduling and therapist assignment Conduct daily briefings with therapists on performance, grievances, and grooming standards Manage daily cash collection and petty cash/roster expenses Ensure machine health, timely maintenance, and breakdown flagging Drive higher ratings, reduce cancellations, rescheduling, and complaints Manage staff rosters,
