- Manage and develop distributors and dealer networks.n
- Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets.n
- Expand retail outlets and strengthen market penetration.n
- Manage and guide Sales Officers.n
- Handle collections and maintain strong trade relationships.n
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.n
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.n

nRequirements

- n
- 3–8 years of FMCG General Trade Sales experience is mandatory. n
- Strong experience in distributor and retail channel management.n
- Good knowledge of the local market.n
- Proven team-handling and sales-growth skills.n
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory. n
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.n
