nRole Purpose:
nOwn end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise Global Capability Centre (GCC) programs — typically 2-3 or more concurrent engagements at a time — acting as the connective layer between ANSR Client Partners, Delivery workstreams, and Client leadership. Accountable for each program from intake through stabilization, ensuring it is planned, governed, and delivered against agreed scope, timeline, and value outcomes.
