About the role:
We’re looking for someone who has done influencer marketing and partnerships before and knows how to build it from scratch.

At Hitwicket, influencer marketing is a current growth channel we want to build seriously. You’ll own it end-to-end, from figuring out the right creators to building relationships, negotiating deals, running campaigns and measuring what actually drives users.




We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to start by figuring out what influencer marketing is.
You should come in with a playbook, a network and a point of view.

What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a strong network of creators across gaming, cricket, sports, entertainment and adjacent categories.
- Own the entire creator lifecycle: identify → reach out → negotiate → brief → execute → track → analyse → scale.
- Build a structured creator database with contacts, pricing, audience data, past campaigns and performance.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for creator selection, outreach, negotiations, content formats, pricing and campaign measurement.
- Run creator campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Work with creators to develop content that feels native to their audience while still working for Hitwicket.
- Track campaign performance across installs
