nRole Summary

nWe are looking for a Motion Designer with strong AI capabilities who can create engaging, high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for brands and digital platforms.
n

nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, animation, and video editing, along with hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production, image/video generation, animation, and workflow enhancement.
n

nYou should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to final execution and experimenting with recent AI-powered creative workflows.
n

nWhat You'll Do

nMotion Design & Animation
n

n* Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects for digital content.
n* Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media, ads, and brand campaigns.




n* Translate creative concepts and briefs into visually strong motion-led content.
n* Create animations that align with brand identity, communication objectives, and platform requirements.
n* Work with video footage, graphics, illustrations, typography, and other visual assets to create compelling content.
n

nAI-First Creative Production
n

n* Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, animation, visual effects, and creative experimentation.
n* Explore and implement new AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and production efficiency.
n* Create AI-generated visuals, scenes, characters, transitions, and motion sequences.
n* Combine AI-generated assets with traditional motion design and editing techniques.
n* Experiment with emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant tools into the creative workflow.
