Job Title: Media & Influencer Marketing Executive / Manager

We are looking for a Media & Influencer Marketing professional to join our PR agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer sourcing, media outreach, campaign execution, negotiations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators based on client briefs, target audience, category and budget.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, commercials, deliverables and coordination.
- Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing to content approvals, posting and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, journalists and media houses.
- Identify relevant media opportunities, journalists, publications and platforms for clients.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, social media trends, creators and competitor activity.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Track campaign deliverables, performance and budgets and prepare campaign reports.
- Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the influencer and media ecosystem.
- Excellent influencer sourcing, research, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently identify and approach relevant influencers and media contacts.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Solid organisational skills and ability to work within deadlines and budgets.
- Existing relationships with influencers, talent managers and media contacts will be an added advantage.
