nAt Pocket FM, we’re building a dedicated Asset Management function to keep our growing tech workplace running smoothly. We’re looking for an Asset Operations professional who can take ownership of day-to-day device and hardware operations across our Bangalore office.

nThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with employees, IT support, vendors and the Asset Management team to ensure every device is tracked, maintained and accounted for

n

nWhat You’ll Do

n

n
- Manage day-to-day device allocation, returns and replacements for new joiners, exits and employees
n
- Maintain accurate asset records in FreshService, including assignments, status and location tracking
n
- Coordinate procurement requirements, delivery tracking and vendor follow-ups
n
- Manage hardware inventory including peripherals, accessories, cables and office equipment
n




- Support audits by maintaining accurate asset documentation and compliance records
n
- Coordinate with the IT Support team to resolve hardware-related helpdesk tickets
n
- Handle physical hardware activities including unboxing, tagging, imaging and storage
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Support or IT Operations
n
- Hands-on experience with FreshService, ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
n
- Basic understanding of MDM and device management tools such as JumpCloud, Intune or Jamf
n
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
n
- Good communication skills and confidence interacting with employees across levels
n
- Comfortable handling physical IT hardware and maintaining inventory
n
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company is a plus
n
