About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Online Merchant Acquiring & Payments to drive B2B merchant acquisition and revenue growth across SME, corporate and enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Payment Aggregator (PA), Payment Gateway (PG), merchant acquiring or digital payments sales, with proven experience selling payment solutions to businesses.
You will own the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solutioning, commercial negotiation, closure, onboarding and merchant activation.
This is a high-hunting, solution-selling role for someone who understands the online payments ecosystem and can build relationships with Founders, Business Heads, CFOs, COOs, CXOs and Product/Technology leaders.




Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of SME, corporate and enterprise merchants across the assigned geography.
- Identify and develop high-value prospects across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, D2C, marketplaces, NBFCs, fintech, edtech, healthcare and other digital businesses.
- Own the complete sales funnel: Lead Generation → Prospecting → Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure → Onboarding.
- Sell online payment gateway, payment acceptance, UPI, QR, wallet, payout and merchant acquiring solutions.
- Understand client business models and recommend relevant payment and acquiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Own sales targets, revenue targets, conversion and merchant acquisition for the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regularly report pipeline, opportunities and closures.
