nQualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.n
- A master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.n
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Pune is Preferred.n
- Total 6 +yrs of experience with minimum of 4+ years of exposure in real estate sales, with at least 3 + years in a leadership or supervisory role.n

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.n
- Should have experience in handling a team of at least 10 full-time employeesn
- Proven ability to manage team performance, workflow allocation, and day-to-day operationsn
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team membersn
