We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Fresh Peeled Garlic to restaurants, cloud kitchens, premium grocery stores, caterers and other food businesses in Kolkata. This is a field-based sales role where you will visit businesses in an assigned area, introduce our product, collect trial orders and develop repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities: Visit restaurants, cloud kitchens, premium grocery stores and other food businesses. Introduce and promote our Fresh Peeled Garlic. Identify potential customers and understand their regular garlic requirements.
Collect trial and regular orders. Follow up with interested customers and generate repeat orders. Maintain daily visit and sales records. Share customer feedback and market information with the company.
Work within an assigned area and develop customers in that territory.
Candidate Requirements: Freshers can apply.
Candidates with prior field sales or B2B/FMCG sales experience will be preferred.. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Bengali communication is preferred; basic Hindi/English will be an advantage. Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners/managers. Smartphone and basic WhatsApp/Google Maps knowledge. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willing to travel within the assigned area.
Compensation: Fixed Pay + Sales Incentive/Commission Compensation will depend on experience and performance.
Noted: This is a field-based B2B sales role , not a desk-based telecalling job. The selected candidate will be required to personally visit businesses, generate orders and follow up with customers.
