nEligibility & Experience
n• Ph.D.



with Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Operations / Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Data Science / Statistics / Mathematics from a reputed institute/university.
n• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Operations, HR Operations, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related areas .
n• Candidates with a strong research background and research publications in reputed peer-reviewed/indexed journals will be preferred.
n• Knowledge of HR Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, MIS, data interpretation and analytical tools will be an added advantage.
n• Strong communication, interpersonal, teaching and analytical skills .
