nAbout the Role

- The Delivery Lead is the most senior role in the Social & Search Operations team. You own the business — revenue, client outcomes, team performance,



and the operating model that ties it all together.n
- The team is structured in pods. Each pod is an Account Manager and one or more Associates. The AM owns the client relationship within their pod; the Associate owns campaign execution. You sit above all pods — accountable for what every pod delivers, for the commercial health of the client portfolio, and for the team's growth as professionals.n
- This role exists because the team is scaling a significant mandate: taking over client-facing campaign operations from a CS function, building toward full end-to-end ownership of enterprise recruitment advertising accounts. You will be the person who makes that transition work — credible with clients, trusted by your team, and commercially sharp with leadership.n
