Job Title: Business Development Manager – Amazon Advertising & Website Design Services

nShift: UK Shift – 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
nWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (10 hours/day)
nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate and convert qualified leads for our Amazon Advertising Management and Website Designing/Development services, catering to clients globally with a primary focus on the UK market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, outreach, and closing deals across multiple platforms.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and source qualified leads using Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn, job posting portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and other prospecting toolsn
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects needing Amazon Advertising and Website Design/Development servicesn
- Run outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to generate interestn




- Qualify leads based on budget, need, and decision-making authorityn
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls/meetings with prospective clientsn
- Present tailored service offerings and prepare proposals/quotationsn
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within approved guidelinesn
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in CRMn
- Achieve monthly targets for leads generated, meetings booked, and revenue closedn
- Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth client handoff post-closuren

nRequirements

- n
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (agency, digital marketing, or IT services background preferred)n
- Proven experience in lead generation using Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, or similar toolsn
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) Amazon Advertising/PPC and website design/development servicesn
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbaln
- Confident
