Job Overview:
nWe are seeking an experienced and agile Event Marketing Manager with 6 to 10 years of
nexpertise in end-to-end event marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing,
nplanning, sustaining, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for live entertainment
nevents and intellectual properties (IPs). The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of
ncreative strategic thinking, platform mastery (e.g., BookMyShow), digital promotion planning,
nclient management, and sponsorship deliverable execution.

nKey Responsibilities:
n

n1. Event Conceptualization & IP Generation
n● Brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts, creative layouts, and unique ideas
nfor Intellectual Property (IP) generation.
n● Lead the creative storytelling, visual themes, and overall promotional direction for live
nentertainment events.
n

n2. End-to-End Event Marketing Strategy
n● Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans across the entire campaign
nlifecycle: pre-launch, sustaining phases, and final execution.




n● Design robust digital promotion plans, social media campaign layouts, and content
nstrategies to drive engagement and ticket sales/attendees.
n

n3. Platform Management & Ticketing Partners
n● Oversee end-to-end listings, ticketing configurations, promotional placements, and
nspecial offers on platforms like BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, and other relevant
nticketing portals.
n● Maximize platform visibility and conversion rates through strategic partnerships and
nfeatured listings.
n

n4. Client Management & Sponsorship Handling
n● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
n● Handle sponsorship relations from pitching to tracking and fulfilling all contractual
nmarketing deliverables on-ground and digitally.

n5. Presentations, Reporting & Analytics
n● Build high-impact client decks, pitch presentations, and campaign reports using
nPowerPo
