nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to administer, support, configure, and enhance Epicor ERP/Kinetic platform. The role will partner with business stakeholders, application teams, and technical teams to ensure platform stability, optimize business processes, and support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives.

nEpicor ERP Configuration & Functional Support:
nKey Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Epicor ERP/Kinetic business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and system settings.n
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Epicor ERP solutions and configurations.n
- Troubleshoot Epicor application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.n
- Optimize Epicor ERP utilization by partnering with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency, user adoption, and overall system effectiveness.n

nCustomization & Workflow Management

- Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, and Application Studio configurations.n




- Support workflow automation and business process enhancements.n
- Implement system customizations following Epicor best practices.n
- Ensure configurations remain supportable and aligned with business needs.n

nIntegration & Application Support
nKey Responsibilities

- Support integrations between Epicor ERP and enterprise applications, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange.n
- Troubleshoot API, interface, data flow, and transaction processing issues to minimize business disruption.n
- Support data imports, exports, and integration enhancements using XML, JSON, and API-based solutions.n
- Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities with technical teams and business stakeholders.n

nPlatform Upgrades & Change Management
