- Have 3–5+ years of experience in branding and packagingn
- Be from a premier art or design collegen
- Have a strong understanding of brand identity, packaging and visual communicationn
- Understand design principles, typography, colour and compositionn
- Be aware of the social, cultural and socio-economic setting in India and the worldn
- Be articulate and able to talk meaningfully about design and ideasn
- Be open to feedback, experimentation and collaborationn
- Most importantly, be able to think and generate ideasn

nThis is not a social media design role. We’re looking for someone who wants to work on brands, packaging and product design, identities and ideas.
