Team Member, DS JOB TITLE Team Member – Distribution Service Reports to Team Manager – Distribution Service No of Direct reportees Nil Department Investor Service Position Grade Range Executive/ Assistant Manager (May vary based on experience) JOB PU JOB PURPOSE: JOB PURPOSE: · Perform error free branch operations related to distributor services, sales support function, providing MIS and performing branch administrative activities wherever required.

JOB ROLE : · Effective sales support including the transaction & service related queries of the distributors & investors. · Effective Q/R/C Management related to Investor/Distributor Q/R/C · Database & inventory management · Coordination of the dispatch of forms/ marketing collaterals/ brokerage structure. · Accurate preparation & timely sharing of the Sales MIS with the RM's. · Expense management & other admin related activities for the sales team / Branch · Handling client calls & RM servicing · Visiting distributors periodically and updating Service Initiatives · Acting as one-point contact for Preferred Distributors. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION &

EXPERIENCE · Post Graduate/ Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience · NISM certification is mandatory
