Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive with robust customer relationship and sales skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with calling and lead follow-up, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate with customers and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.




- Handle emails and customer correspondence efficiently.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
- Experience in calling and lead follow-up.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
