Introduction About Role –
We’re looking for an Account Manager who can independently manage D2C/eCommerce clients and act as the bridge between clients and our internal performance marketing teams.
You should have a solid understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem — paid ads, creatives, websites, retention, reporting, and overall eCommerce growth — along with excellent client communication and account management skills.





Here are the key responsibilities in a nutshell:
1. Manage the day-to-day internal operation coordination.
2. Manage the brand founders and their team in terms of requirements, goals, communications & satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, requirements, challenges, and expectations.
- Coordinate internally with Media Buyers, Creative Teams, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Track performance, deliverables, reports, creative requirements, website changes, and other account-level priorities.
- Lead bi-weekly and monthly client meetings, including performance discussions and next-step planning.
