The role requires a senior professional capable of managing projects from planning and execution through completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgets, contractual requirements, and organizational processes. Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Management Lead end-to-end planning and execution of civil construction and infrastructure projects.



Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies. Establish project timelines and monitor progress against approved schedules. Identify project dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, architects, and vendors. Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.2.
