nThis position acts as a key bridge between academia and industry, ensuring students are career-ready while aligning employer partnerships with the university’s mission and growth objectives.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Placement Strategy Development

- Collaborate with the Director of Career Services to design and implement comprehensive placement strategies aligned with university goals.n
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, employer requirements, and alumni feedback to continuously refine placement approaches.n

n2. Student Advising & Support
n
- n
- Provide one-on-one and group career counseling to students and alumni, helping them identify career goals and develop effective job search plans.n
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews on resume building, interview skills, networking,



and skilled etiquette.n

n3. Employer Relations & Networking
n
- n
- Develop and maintain strong connections with local, national, and international employers to expand internship and placement opportunities.n
- Act as the primary liaison between employers and students, coordinating on-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.n

n4. Internship & Placement Coordination
n
- n
- Oversee the end-to-end process for internships and job placements, ensuring seamless coordination between employers, students, and academic departments.n
- Partner with faculty to integrate career readiness into academic programs.n

n5. Data Analysis & Reporting
n
- n
- Track, analyze, and report on placement metrics, trends, and outcomes to guide decision- making.n
- Prepare periodic reports for university leadership with insights and recommendations for improvement.n
