About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our customer support team. You will be responsible for assisting customers through chat and inbound calls, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires good communication skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls. Assist customers with queries related to orders, products, deliveries,



returns, refunds and other issues. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues. Use Google Sheets for updating and tracking customer-related information. Follow defined processes and ensure customer queries are resolved within the required timelines. Identify recurring customer issues and highlight them to the team. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while handling conversations. What We're Looking For Prior customer support experience is required. Comfortable handling both chat and inbound calls. Positive verbal and written communication skills. Basic to good knowledge of Google Sheets. Good problem-solving and listening skills. Patient and comfortable handling different types of customer queries. Strong attention to detail.
