Skills you are expected to acquire Thorough knowledge of Carestack- workflows, featuresand reports. Should be able to provide solutions to current customers leveraging existing features Knowledge of the competitive PMS products. Gaps w.r.t Carestack.



Workflows that behave differently and can create potential friction Understanding of Practice operations and how and when they use Carestack features. Understand custom reporting requirements and how it can be solved for using existing reporting frameworks Understand the data conversion challenges, typical data entities that may need special attention post migration Know Carestack set up in greatdetail. Own creationof all master data set up that is required before onboarding outside the purview of migration Responsibilities – Leveraging the skills Coordinate with the data conversion team for everynew onboarding to establish proper data conversion across all data fields Validate Sandbox environment for accuracy of migrated data and any discrepancies due to product workflow differences Speak to the Customer POC and validate the sandbox environment.
