nWe are an early-stage, VC-funded SaaS startup backed by a large established global company , building technology for the rapidly growing Employer of Record (EOR), AOR and global workforce management industry .
n

nWe are now looking for a high-energy, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our early sales team and help build our international customer pipeline.
n

nThis is not a traditional SDR role. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the sales and leadership teams, engage with international decision-makers and play a meaningful role in building our go-to-market engine from the ground up.

nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Identify and research prospective customers across global markets.n




- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels .n
- Engage with senior decision-makers including CEOs, CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, Global Mobility and Procurement leaders .n
- Understand prospects' challenges around EOR, global hiring, payroll, compliance and workforce management .n
- Clearly communicate our SaaS platform's value proposition and generate interest.n
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.n
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to continuously improve our GTM strategy.n
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in our CRM.n
- Consistently achieve and exceed SDR and pipeline-generation targets.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, Business Development or Inside Sales.
