The role will be responsible for developing a predictable radiologist hiring and onboarding pipeline, identifying radiologists by specialty and geography, managing credentialing and documentation, understanding availability and turnaround-time requirements, and ensuring that adequate radiologist capacity is available to support current and projected case volumes. The position requires solid coordination across Recruitment, Clinical Operations, Credentialing, Sales/BD, and Technology/PACS teams.
