Hiring Commis or Kitchen Helper for Indian or Continental cuisine with previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Responsibilities: Basic cutting, chopping and vegetable preparation. Basic frying and cooking. Assist the senior chefs with daily kitchen work. Follow recipes and instructions properly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Help with stock preparation, storage and cleaning. Be willing to learn and take on different kitchen tasks.
Requirements: Previous restaurant/hotel kitchen experience is required. Must know basic cutting and frying . Knowledge of Indian or Continental cuisine is required Hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.
