About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology team at Clarivate. In this role, you will administer, automate, and troubleshoot large-scale Linux and Kubernetes environments while contributing to infrastructure reliability, operational tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and production incident resolution.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems across production environments.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and Bash to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, container platforms, and application deployments.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes.
- Lead production incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service recovery activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.

Experience, Skills, And Accomplishments:

- 6 Years of strong experience administering Linux/Unix environments (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux).




- Hands-on expertise with Python and Bash scripting for automation and operational tooling.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting production Kubernetes and container platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Understanding of networking, security, storage, compute, and infrastructure architecture.
- Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Robust understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere and KVM.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault and enterprise secrets management practices.
- Exposure to large-scale, highly available, enterprise production environments.
