About You (Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments) :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ.
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, with 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
- Proven experience supporting M&A; transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.

It would be good if you also have :

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team structure.
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
- Robust problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex integrations.

What You Will Be Doing In This Role :





- Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction in coordination with the Development Manager.
- Guide and support developers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to maintain high coding standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
