nKey Responsibilities:
n• Handle daily issue escalations from Key Users and ensure timely resolution
n• Deliver training and prepare documentation for end users and carriers
n• Ensure data accuracy, quality standards, carrier and master data management
n• Collaborate with SAP teams and technical teams for issue resolution
n• Assess planning effectiveness and resolve discrepancies
n• Identify process improvement opportunities
n• Support global stakeholders in a 12 PM – 9 PM shift
