The Role We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented B2 B Sales & Support Executive to drive agent engagement and business growth. You will serve as the core bridge between our B2 B portal and travel agents—managing existing client relationships, onboarding new travel agents, and assisting them with queries across Flights, Hotels, and Holiday Packages. Key Responsibilities: Agent Onboarding & Expansion: Actively prospect and pitch our B2 B portal services to potential travel agents, registering new partners to expand our active agent network. Relationship Management & Support: Maintain regular communication with registered agents to ensure ongoing portal activity, resolve technical issues, and deliver dedicated operational support. Multi-Product Query Sourcing: Analyze agent requirements for Flights, Hotels, and Tour Packages, source competitive quotes from suppliers/vendors, and provide tailored solutions. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate optimal pricing and terms with vendors,



maintaining a disciplined follow-up schedule with agents to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. CRM & Data Management: Keep all agent interactions, onboarding pipelines, and booking queries updated in real-time using CRM software and MS Excel. What We Are Looking For: Industry Background: Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, B2 B Operations, or Travel Support. (Freshers with strong computer skills and a passion for the travel industry are also encouraged to apply). Product Knowledge: Practical understanding of B2 B booking systems across Flights, Hotels, and Holiday Packages. Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data management) along with hands-on experience using B2 B portals and CRM software.
