In this role, you will be at the forefront of contemporary corporate finance—handling core accountingoperations while actively finding ways to automate manual workflows. You will combine solidgeneral finance principles with AI, advanced Excel, and automation tools to make our financialoperations leaner, faster, and more accurate. Key Responsibilities1. General Finance & Core Accounting• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate generalledger (GL) entries and accounting treatment.• Prepare key financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L;)statements, and Cash Flow schedules.• Support statutory compliance, tax filings, and routine accounting operations.• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to support audit readiness anddocumentation.2.
Finance Automation & Process Optimization• Identify manual, repetitive finance and accounting tasks (e.g., data entry, schedulepreparation, invoice processing) and automate them.• Leverage AI tools, advanced Excel and automation software to build self-updatingreconciliation models and reporting templates.• Partner with technology and finance leads to streamline data flow between accountingsoftware, databases, and operational systems.• Design and document standard automated workflows to optimize day-to-day financialoperations.3.
