You will manage clinic staff, optimize workflows, and hit financial and operational targets. Key Responsibilities:1. Day-to-Day Operations:- Manage daily clinic workflows to ensure smooth patient flow and short wait times.- Oversee facility maintenance, medical equipment upkeep, and inventory management.- Solve operational bottlenecks quickly to keep staff and patients satisfied.- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations.2. Revenue & Financial Management:- Monitor clinic budgets, track daily revenues, and control operational costs.- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service expansion or patient volume.- Oversee medical billing, insurance claims, and debt recovery processes.- Review financial reports weekly and monthly to meet profit goals.3. Staff Leadership & Training:- Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, nurses,



and administrative personnel.- Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular reviews.- Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.4. Patient Experience & Quality:- Handle patient feedback, resolve complaints, and improve satisfaction scores.- Implement quality standards for medical and non-medical services. Requirements & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or medical practice administration.- Skills: Robust knowledge of medical billing, financial budgeting, and staff leadership.- Software: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and clinic management software.
