Role Description As an Inside Sales Executive – Memberships,



you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the enquiries generated across Vigoure's centres. You will be one of the first points of contact between Vigoure and a prospective member. Your role is to speak to people, understand their goals, concerns and what they are looking for, and guide them towards the right path. This isn't about simply making calls or following a script. It is about having genuine conversations, understanding people and helping them make the decision to take action. You will introduce prospective members to Vigoure, explain how our training can fit their goals, answer their questions, address their concerns and provide the motivation and confidence they need to take the next step — ideally by visiting one of our centres. You will be responsible for following up with leads consistently, building relationships over multiple conversations where required, and ensuring that every genuine enquiry receives the attention it dese
