Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Python to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain server-side applications, RESTful APIs, database systems, and business logic. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Python.n
- Build server-side logic and application workflows.n
- Develop backend services using Node.js frameworks and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.n
- Design clean database schemas and write optimized queries.n
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.n
- Develop secure authentication and authorization systems using JWT, OAuth, or similar methods.n
- Connect third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, and messaging platforms.n
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.n
- Implement caching solutions such as Redis when required.n




- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.n
- Conduct and participate in code reviews.n
- Troubleshoot bugs and production issues.n
- Work with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.n
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, requirement discussions, and effort estimation.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- 2+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js and/or Python.n
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and ES6+.n
- Positive knowledge of Python programming and backend development.n
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, Async/Await, and the Node.js Event Loop.n
- Hands-on experience with Express.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.n
- Robust understanding of RESTful API development.n
- Experience with middleware, error handling, authentication, and API security.n
