Job Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Business Consulting team, focused on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in driving improvement initiatives, with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM).

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage and support transformation consulting projects end-to-end.n
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities for clients.n
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process quality.n
- Deliver client trainings on problem‑solving tools and continuous improvement methods.n
- Develop training materials across CI, Lean, TPM, and related topics.n
- Implement TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.n




- Deploy TPM pillars (AM, FI, PM, QM) to achieve zero breakdown objectives.n
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive change and meet project goals.n
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to client stakeholders.n

nQualifications & Attributes:

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.n
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM frameworks.n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.n
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.n
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.n
