We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our growing and dynamic team at Conor.
nIn this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business while ensuring our customers receive excellent service. You will be involved in managing customer enquiries, processing and coordinating orders, handling Shopify-related tasks, and working closely with the team to keep our online operations running efficiently.

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce and operational activitiesn
- Manage and process orders through Shopify n
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer supportn
- Coordinate order processing, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery-related tasksn
- Assist with Shopify product, order, customer, and store managementn
- Handle customer issues, returns, exchanges, and order-related queriesn
- Support general e-commerce and administrative tasksn
- Communicate effectively with customers,



suppliers, shipping partners, and team membersn
- Identify operational issues and help find practical solutionsn
- Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experiencen

Ideal Candidate:n
- n
- Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, is required n
- Good understanding of Shopify order management and day-to-day store operationsn
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or online retail n
- Solid communication and customer service skillsn
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyn
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailn
- Comfortable working with online tools, systems, and e-commerce softwaren
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasksn
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a teamn
