nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management of client campaigns — from onboarding and launch through ongoing optimization, reporting, and monthly closing. This is a hands-on role combining campaign operations, internal platform management, data analysis, and daily client communication.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage client campaigns end-to-end, from onboarding and campaign setup through daily management, optimization, and ongoing client communicationn
- Work daily with client platforms, reporting tools, and Adscend's internal systems to monitor campaign activity and performancen
- Serve as a key operational point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day requests, campaign updates, issues, and follow-upsn




- Develop and execute campaign management strategies for rewarded advertising, with a solid focus on gaming and rewarded user acquisitionn
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Publisher Management, Finance, and other internal teams throughout the full client lifecyclen
- Work with Sales during onboarding and campaign development, and with Publisher Management to align supply with client goalsn
- Partner with Finance on monthly reconciliation, campaign numbers, billing, and month-end closingn
- Track campaign KPIs, identify performance or operational issues, and proactively recommend actionsn
- Prepare client and internal reports, performance analyses, and operational summariesn
- Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and cross-functional projects based on business needsn
- Help improve operational processes and workflows as the business scalesn
