About usnKwanta Communications is a creative agency working across brand, digital, and film for a growing roster of clients. We are looking for a mid-level graphic designer with strong craft who can take concepts and turn them into polished, on-brand work across every format we produce.

The rolenThis is a hands-on execution and craft role. You will design across social, digital, print, and presentations, working from briefs and brand guidelines to produce clean, consistent, high-quality assets at pace. You will collaborate closely with the senior designer, the copy team, and the video team, and you will help keep the quality and consistency of everything that leaves the studio. It suits someone who loves the craft, works fast without dropping standards, and can handle several brands at once.

What you'll don

- Design across social posts, digital ads, presentations, and print, from brief to final filesn
- Adapt campaigns and key visuals into all the sizes and formats each brand needsn




- Work from brand guidelines to keep every asset consistent and on-brandn
- Collaborate with the senior designer, copy, and video on integrated workn
- Prepare clean, well-organised, production-ready filesn
- Take feedback well and turn revisions around quicklyn

What we're looking forn
- n
- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, with an agency or brand background preferredn
- A strong portfolio showing craft across layout, typography, and digital designn
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figman
- Robust fundamentals in typography, composition, colour, and layoutn
- Speed and accuracy across high volumes of work without losing qualityn
- Proficient in writing effective AI prompts for image and creative toolsn
- Organised and able to handle several brands and deadlines at oncen
