nSHREEV LIVINGS is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Lead to oversee our sales function and drive business growth in the areas of premium interior design, turnkey projects, and bespoke furniture.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales teamn
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsn
- Generate and convert new business opportunitiesn
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Requirement Understanding → Proposal → Negotiation → Closuren
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and pipelinen
- Handle high-value clients and project negotiationsn
- Develop new lead generation and business development channelsn
- Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams for smooth client handoversn
- Conduct regular sales reviews to ensure team accountabilityn
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders, and channel partnersn

- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targetsn
- Drive consistent lead conversion and closings at the team leveln
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targetsn
- Track individual team performance using KPIsn
- Take ownership of achieving assigned business and revenue goalsn

- Lead and mentor the sales teamn
- Allocate leads and monitor follow-upsn
- Conduct daily and weekly performance reviewsn
- Identify performance gaps and provide coachingn
- Ensure discipline, accountability, and target-oriented executionn

nWe’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or business developmentn
- Experience in interior design, turnkey projects, real estate, furniture, or related industries preferredn
- Solid team management and leadership skillsn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilitiesn
- Target-oriented with strong ownership mentality
