nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Creative Producer who can take a story from concept to final production. This role combines strong writing and storytelling skills with hands-on experience in running writers’ rooms, managing creative teams, and driving end-to-end show production.

nWhat You'll Do:

- Lead and manage writers’ rooms, driving story development, episode planning, writing quality,



and creative consistencyn
- Own the end-to-end creative production of shows, from concept and story development through scripting, production, and post-productionn
- Develop compelling storylines, characters, episodes, and hooks designed for strong audience retentionn
- Collaborate with writers, producers, editors, sound teams, and creative stakeholders to take projects from idea to final deliveryn
- Conceptualize and script promos, short-form ads, and marketing creatives that capture the essence of a story and drive engagementn
- Work closely with post-production teams on editing, sound design, pacing, and overall creative qualityn
- Manage creative timelines and ensure projects are delivered with the expected quality and consistencyn
- Explore and leverage generative AI tools to enhance storytelling, ideation, production, and creative outputn
