We are looking for a Technical document specialist to support customer-facing security, privacy, compliance, and legal review processes. This role is ideal for professionals with strong operational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and exposure to SaaS security, Trust Operations, or compliance programs.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Trust Operations, Security Compliance, Risk Operations, Security Program Operations, or related fields.




- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and responses requiring clarification or escalation.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud Security, Security Compliance, Privacy, Risk, or Legal questionnaire processes.
- Experience using collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Airtable, Responsive (RFPIO), or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
